Why do you need a domain
buyer's broker?
Most people don't know that
very large companies usually use a domain
buyer's company such as ours. The reason is
very simple to understand, if you owned a
highly wanted domain and you know a large
company like AT&T wanted it then the
price would skyrocket. Large companies will
usually have a go between to secure the
domain on their behalf, and thereby getting
the name for a significantly lower purchase
price. In many industries a buyer's broker is
essential. Great examples are real estate and
high end art. The buyer's broker represents
the buyer at an auction so the other bidders
or sellers do not have any idea who the
potential buyer might be and by doing so the
buyer's broker secures a better price for the
buyer.
Here are some reasons domain investors might
hire a buyer's broker:
- By staying incognito a domain owner who
may not want to sell to you, doesn't know
who the actual buyer is going to be and
